Metallurgical Services
At Bullseye Limited we, through our team of qualified laboratory technicians and metallurgists, offer a complete Metallurgical service package including, but not limited to;

Supervision and Consultation Services
At Bullseye, we realized that some of our clients, have the labour required in order to do the job, but, lack the supervision, specialized skills or management team in order to get the most out of their existing team.
At Apex we are flexible. We want all of our clients to succeed! It is for this reason that we offer supervision and consultation services as well. There is no need for you to change your entire team if you want Bullseye to be present. We at Bullseye will happily work with our clients existing team and steer them to the desired goal.
We also offer consultation services during any stage of the clients journey. Sometimes… a little professional consultation in the beginning, can save an absolute fortune later. After all, a failure to plan, is a plan to fail.
Maintenance Services
In the mineral processing industry, downtime results in significant losses. We understand this and offer maintenance services to ensure that preventative and planned maintenance is the order of the day. Reactive maintenance is always more expensive and more often than not, is far more dangerous.
We offer the following maintenance through our team of highly specialized and qualified, fitters, riggers, boilermakers, welders, plasticians and electricians;

Commissioning & Ramp-up Services
At Bullseye Limited we believe in accountability for our works. We offer commissioning services for all works that we do. However over and above this, we are also able to offer the following commissioning and ramp-up services for works that may not have been completed by us;

Mining and Quarry Services
Bullseye, very quickly realized that one of the largest risks associated with mineral processing, is the supply of the ore itself for the process. It was directly due to this, that we had to adapt and expand further down the supply chain in order to secure our processing clients interests and mitigate that risk. We began, at this point to put together a team of the best available. Through this team of specialized Mining Engineers, Geologists and Earthmoving equipment operators we are able to offer complete mine and quarry services. With flexible billing structures (Management Fees, per ton mined, etc.) we are able to service clients of various sizes and budgets.
Bullseye has a complete mobile mine setup that we deploy as needed to the various operations, ranging from mobile offices, accommodation containers and tents, mobile laboratories, ablutions, store rooms, fuel and lube bays and workshops. We are completely suited to handle any remote mining site from exploration/ inception and pit design, to drill and blast, to mine and haul and the eventual process of the ore to a sellable product.
Plant Design, Fabrication & Installation Services
Bullseye has under its belt a large number of design, fabrication and installation contracts. Ranging from complete turnkey installations of new plants, to modifications and improvements/ revamps of existing ones. We have the teams, expertise and the capacity to install and fabricate new, or upgrade existing plants and structures efficiently, affordably and safely.
Bullseye has mobile teams that are able to perform the majority of works at our clients sites. However, should the task be unsuited for field works or the space be unavailable, we have a complete fabrications warehouse situated in Kitwe that offers over 20,000m² of available work space with state of the art equipment.
Bullseye has already fabricated, refurbished and installed the following types of processing equipment:;
Gravity spiral plants, DMS (Dense Media Seperators), Washplants and Trommels, Concentrators, Ball, Sag and Rod mills, Crushing circuits, conveyor belts, solvent extractants, leach plants, electro winning plants etc.
Condition Monitoring
Condition-based monitoring provides a myriad of benefits, including 24×7 remote monitoring, early warnings of potential (serious) failures, reduction in unplanned downtime, reduction in maintenance costs, supports ongoing reliability and risk reduction, with less inspections at heights and in confined spaces.
We offer the following;
- Vibration report
- Liner thickness testing and change out prediction
- High pressure line thickness testing
- NDT (Non destructive testing)
TEAMS EXPERIENCE FOR MAJOR CLIENTAL
The HOD, Mr. Andrew Hills has vast experience in this field, being the previous HOD of the reline and condition monitoring department of Kalumbila for seven years. In addition, under the Bullseye Group the team has completed relines for KCM Kitwe (Complete revamp of rod and regrind mills), Mopani Mufulira (Mills refurbishment), Lumwana (relines on sag mill) and Chibuluma (Mill relines).
Reline Services
Sag, Ball and Rod Mill Relines
Mill relines require a team of people that understands the importance of maintaining the allocated reline time in a safe and professional operation. Safety is always at the forefront of our priorities when it comes to any operation.
Below is a list of services we offer with our mill relines;
- Bolt and liner management
- Site preparation (laying hoses, securing winches, oiling cables, washing reline equipment and site establishment)
- Daily meetings with engineering and metallurgical departments to ensure the grind out, gas test, first inspections and handover to the reline team is done correctly and professionally.
- Liner stripping/ removal, rubber removal, sandblasting, ceramic repair work, new rubber lining installation, new liner installation and bolt torqueing in sequence.
After the handover of the mills to the engineering and metallurgical team, we stay on site to ensure the cleanup and equipment service is all done and prepared for the next reline.
Ceramic Works
Ceramic works is a highly specialized service that is used for industrial corrosion and wear protection, and is used widely to protect pipes and pipe systems from wear. Highly turbulent areas, in particular, arcs, pipe necks, manifolds, and inlet pipe ends often experience extreme wear.
Ceramic linings with Bullseye achieve a much longer life span in comparison to steel. Ceramic lagging is designed to provide high levels of drive and wear resistance for conveyor pulleys that operate in medium to heavy duty applications.
These ceramic tiles provide a hard-wearing solution in the mining, processing and power generation industries with vibrating feeders, transfer chutes, cyclones, pipes and other traditionally high wear areas.
We will come and inspect, collect, sand blast, repair, tile or lag, spray paint, deliver and reinstall anything that you feel should be, but is not, giving you the life, you require.
Electrical Division
At Bullseye we realized that almost every plant that we installed, required an enormous amount of electrical specialized services. We are not ones to shy away from a challenge. As we try to ensure complete turn-key contracts, we like to be responsible for all aspects of our works. Directly due to this, we built an electrical division capable of handling even the most complex of circuits.
Our electrical division offers the following services;
